We are an independent co-operative, incorporated under the Co-operatives Act of 1996.  The centre is managed by an elected Board of Directors which consists of parents and the coordinators.  At Monash Children’s Centre, the Board’s primary role is to work with and to support the Centre’s Coordinators to ensure the strategic direction, policies, and resources of the organization are aligned in the interest of members and the mission of the Centre. 

The Board of Directors meet monthly with elections taking place at the Annual General Meeting held at the end of March.
